Acclaim Video Productions has been producing creative wedding videos for
over 16 years. It has always been a full time business from the start, with over
1000 productions to our name. We only produce one event per day to assure
you our undivided attention. We pride ourselves on giving our clients unique
videos that are custom tailored to their tastes and needs. Each video has a look
and style, exclusive to it's own. We use the latest in digital cameras
and editing technology, along with the most timeless, creative shooting and
editing techniques. Our productions will not become "dated" or "stale"
looking because we avoid using faddish computer annimation or tacky special effects. Instead, we use classic elegant effects like slow motion, soft dissolves
and b&w / color effects, the same type you always see in dramatic feature films.
We strive to be as unobtrusive as possible. You will never see any annoying camera lights used during the ceremony. Nor, will you see a lot of bulky equipment
lying around. We chose camera positions that don't interfere with the view of your
guests, and we never order you or your bridal party around. At the reception, we do not use bright lights on stands or take up the dance floor with huge tripods. In very dim light, we use a very low wattage, diffused camera light. Just to give faces some color and fill in un-flattering shadows. We choose not to do live editing at the
ceremony. Much more creative and exacting editing can be done in our edit suite.
We believe in no-pressure sales. We are happy to discuss our packages and prices in detail in person or over the phone. Our work speaks for itself. 90% of our work comes
from previous satisfied customers that happily refer us to their friends and families.
Planning a wedding is a very time consuming, intensive task. The last thing a bride and groom want is pressure from anxious salespeople. When prospective clients come in for a personal consultation, we show many samples of our work and explain all our packages and features. Then, we leave it at that. If the customer needs time to think or look around we encourage that. We want the customer to feel completely confident in their decision.
Over the years we have developed good relationships with many other local wedding
services and vendors. Reception halls, bands, DJ's, photographers, florists and other videographers feel very confident to refer us to their clients that ask for suggestions for a videographer. Of course we try to refer our clients to those vendors that have proven themselves in their respective services. We believe in honesty and integrity, along with quality in the businesses we recommend.
